Moses Genealogy - Historical Notes

The first formal compilation of the Genealogy of the Family of Thomas and Jane Moses was the work of R. Everett Moses(74). He continued to update it into the 1970's. He included many historical documents, letters, notes, and the recorded memories of many of the eldest family members. He also included some introductory documents, for example the "Abbreviations" document which explains the numbering system that identifies direct descendants by their location in the family tree. Many copies of this paper genealogy survive. In 2005, it was transcribed to a computer-based database and since then the Moses Reunion organization has worked to bring it up-to-date.
Thanks to Linda Smith Miller for transcribing the original genealogy to electronic format.
